Pernera is less than 5 minutes' drive from Blue Electra and is a pleasant place to enjoy a day in Cyprus.  A family resort area with stunning beaches and a safe, friendly and lively atmosphere.   Many of the beaches offer water sports tuition and several have cafes and kiosks for lunch or a drink.   You could even hire a bike in Kapparis and take the traffic-free cycle lane to Pernera, returning on the quiet back road via Agia Trias.
